Not kept waiting for too long.
Treatment and discussion of symptoms. Next appointment made on the spot.
General friendliness and helpful of staff.
Full marks to pharmacy.
Staff and reception.
More full time doctors are required as every time I manage to get an appointment with a doctor- very difficult and this received analysis of my problem. The actual problem goes on and on without being resolved.
Well organised balance between nursing and G.P interesting.
Nursing appointments nearly always in time. G.P. appointment sometimes a little delayed but generally good. Only 'beef' is lack of docks in reception- when arriving for an appointment you want to see 'at a glance' whether you are on time!
I was seen promptly at the time of my appointment by Jo the Asthma Nurse, she is very experienced and knowledgable and answered all my questions clearly. The only thing that I feel could be improved is the availability of appointments, as this was the soonest appointment available when I booked five weeks ago.
I was seen very promptly at the end of surgery. The appointment was made at 5,15pm and I saw the doctor at 5.45pm. The doctor was thorough and efficient and I was left reassured.
The biggest problem making an appointment is waiting for the receptionist to answer the initial call.
